Is everything you sell legal in the UK? +
Yes. All products are CBD-based or use other fully compliant formulations. Every product ships with a certificate of analysis. We do not sell THC above the legal UK threshold (0.2% in a finished product).
What's the difference between your gummies, vapes, and drinks? +
Gummies are slow-release (30–90 min onset, 4–6 hour effect). Vapes are fast-acting (5–15 min onset, 2–3 hour effect). Drinks sit in between — roughly 20–45 min onset. Pick based on when you need it and for how long.
Are your products vegan? +
Gummies and drinks are 100% vegan. Vapes are vegan by nature. We don't use gelatin, beeswax, or any other animal-derived ingredients.
Are there any allergens? +
Our products are manufactured in a facility that handles tree nuts, soy, and gluten. Full allergen info is listed on each product page.
Orders & Delivery
How long does delivery take? +
Same-day despatch on orders placed before 2PM. Standard delivery is 1–2 working days. Express next-day available for £6.99. Highlands and islands: 2–4 days.
Can I track my order? +
Yes. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order is despatched. Track on Royal Mail or DPD — no account required.
What does the packaging look like? +
Plain, unbranded outer box. No product names, brand names, or anything that would hint at the contents. Discreet sender label. Every time, no exceptions.
Do you offer free delivery? +
Standard delivery is free on all orders of £40 or more. Under £40 it's £3.99. Use code SHIPIT to get free delivery regardless of order size.
Returns & Payments
What if I don't like it? +
30-day no-questions-asked returns. Email returns@purethcuk.co with your order number. We send a prepaid label, you send it back, we refund you in full within 3 working days.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Can I pay in instalments? +

Safety & Legal
Are your products safe to use? +
Every batch is independently tested by Phytoanalytik in Bristol — an ISO 17025-accredited laboratory. Full lab reports are public on our Lab Reports page.
Is there an age restriction? +
Yes — you must be 18 or over to purchase. We operate a Challenge 25 policy and may ask for ID on delivery.
Can I use your products if I take medication? +
We recommend consulting your GP before using any CBD or wellness product if you're on prescription medication. CBD can interact with certain drugs (particularly blood thinners).
Do you ship outside the UK? +
